Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Loomshot (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

1. What Loomshot does

Loomshot reads product photos from a store URL you provide (or that you upload directly), scores their quality, and generates AI-edited "studio" and "lifestyle" versions of those photos. Anyone can try one free sample without an account; uploading a full catalog requires signing in.

2. Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account. You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of the photos you upload and the images we generate from them. By uploading a photo, you confirm you have the right to use it and to let us process it, and you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display it back to you as part of the Service — including sending it to the third-party AI providers described in Section 6 to generate your results.

Don't upload content you don't have the rights to, or content that's illegal, infringing, or that depicts real people without their consent.

4. AI-generated output

Generated images are produced by an AI model and may not be perfect — colors, proportions, or details can shift from the source photo. Review every generated image before using it commercially. We don't guarantee any specific result, and we're not liable for how you use the output.

5. Fees and billing

Your first few products are free (the current limit is shown in your account). Beyond that, generating a product's photos costs one token, purchased in packs at the price shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe — we never see or store your full card number.

If a generation fails on our end, the token it would have cost is automatically refunded to your balance. Otherwise, token purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.

6. Third-party services we use

• OpenAI — scores photo quality and generates the edited images. Your photos are sent to OpenAI's API for this purpose.
• Stripe — processes token-pack payments.
• Google — optional sign-in, if you choose to use it.

Each provider has its own terms and privacy practices governing how it handles data it receives from us.

7. Acceptable use

Don't: attempt to disrupt or overload the Service; scrape or automate access outside the features we provide; reverse engineer the Service; or use it to generate illegal, infringing, or abusive content.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You can stop using the Service at any time.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't warrant the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated images will meet your expectations.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Loomshot won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continuing to use the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
